The Commercial Development division of COST evolved from six decades of creating architectural features, waterfalls, aquariums, rockwork, landscape, and themed elements for other market segments. Our dynamic team uses its expertise to develop aesthetic features like waterfalls, theme elements, and artistic icons to deliver a shopping experience that is second to none.
Our project designers work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and other contractors to present options and cost-effective solutions for each theme construction project we undertake. Additionally, due to the complex operational procedures of water features, lighting programs, aquariums, etc., COST field employees provide a complete tutorial and walk through on proper system operation. This attention to detail reduces maintenance and operational costs to store management over the life of the feature or exhibit.
COST's commercial work can be seen across the United States at various high-end malls, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, Gander Mountain, Cold Water Creek stores, as well as restaurants, medical centers, office plazas, convention centers, retirement communities, and educational institutions.
